HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER ALTITUDE H2O?

You must be at least 6 years old to enter the aqua park.

DO I NEED TO COME WITH A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN?

If under 18, a parent or legal guardian?needs to accompany you and sign the waiver.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO ENTER ALTITUDE H2O?

No. You can purchase your pass on site, but we are a first come, first serve business. We recommend purchasing your tickets online to save time.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET IF I'M NOT PARTICIPATING?

No, you do not have to purchase a ticket if you are just planning to spectate or chaperone. There is a sitting area near the shore where you can watch other participants on the aqua park.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Each session is 1 hour and includes a 15-minute Safety Orientation and Rules of Conduct review.

IS THERE A HEIGHT REQUIREMENT?

No, there is not a height requirement but children under 8 have access to the kids course.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED PER SESSION?

We allow up to 100 people on the inflatables per session.

IS THERE AN AREA FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS TO WATCH THAT ARE NOT PARTICIPATING?

Yes, there is an area on the shore where parents and guardians can supervise if not participating.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SESSION?

We accept cash or credit card on location.

ARE PRICES THE SAME FOR ADULTS AS CHILDREN?

Prices are the same for children and adults.

IS THERE AN OPEN AREA TO SWIM?

No, there is not an open area for guests to swim.

MUST I SIGN A WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE?

Yes, a waiver is required for all participants.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS?

Yes, there are restrooms at the park.

HOW DEEP IS THE WATER?

In most areas the water is around 8 feet but we do have depths as deep as 20 feet in the water

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

Yes, we require this for your safety.

CAN I BRING MY OWN LIFE JACKET?

No, Altitude H2O will provide all participants with life jackets.

MUST I WEAR A LIFE JACKET AT ALL TIMES?

Yes, all participants are required to wear an approved life jacket at all times while on the equipment.

DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO STORE PERSONAL ITEMS?

No, we recommend keeping valuable on your person or in your vehicle.

CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IN COOLERS?

Yes, guests can bring coolers but alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited on the beach.

DO YOU HAVE PLACES TO PURCHASE FOOD AND BEVERAGE AT THE PARK?

Yes, drinks and snacks will be available to purchase!

CAN I USE MY SELFIE STICK ON THE INFLATABLES?

No. We do not allow selfie sticks on the Altitude H2O Inflatables because of the danger of injuring other people as well as possibly popping the inflatables. You may bring your GO Pros but if they fall into the water no one is allowed to dive under and retrieve it. You will be bringing them on at your own risk.

CAN I WEAR WATER SHOES?

Yes, you can wear water shoes on the inflatables.

CAN I PLAY IF I HAVE A CAST?

No. We unfortunately cannot allow guests in casts of any kind even when protected with an inflatable to play in the aqua park.
